FAQ for designers

Create your design, see it on a real 3D pack and share it with your client in one click. Once approved, go straight on to ordering the packaging.

  1. Set the pack parameters

    Choose the pack type, set the size, material, add-ons and design name. You can rename it later.

  2. Download the dieline and upload your design

    Download the dieline (AI/PDF), prepare the artwork in your own software and upload the finished print data (PDF).

  3. Check it in 3D

    You will see your design on a realistic 3D pack straight away. Rotate it, zoom in and check the details from every side.

  4. Approve and share

    Share the preview with your client or a colleague through a single link and get a quick approval.

  5. Order

    Once approved, you can go straight on to ordering the real packaging.

Frequently asked by designers

Do I need a finished design right at the start?
You do not. We also offer professional design work of our own. You get 3 proposals, we upload them into the 3D preview and you approve one of them. If you are not happy, we prepare new variants based on your comments.
What format should I upload the print data in?
We accept PDF (at 1:1 scale, without a password and without Pantone spot colours). You will find a detailed guide here: How to prepare print data
Can the client view the pack without Vizulio?
Yes, an ordinary web browser is enough. Nothing needs to be installed.
What if the client asks for changes?
You adjust the artwork, upload a new version and check it in 3D again.
Who can order the packaging?
The order is placed by the account user or owner, usually the designer or their client.

Do we need a finished design right at the start?

Can we compare several packs or designs?

Anyone with the link, with no registration and nothing to install.
How is our data kept safe?
Your print data and designs are stored securely with us and are not passed on to third parties.
How do we order the packaging?
Once approved, you check the parameters and send the order directly in Vizulio. Everything is ready for production, with no needless paperwork.
