Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
Shared production lets us print from 500 pieces. The exact minimum depends on the type and size of the packaging and the configurator shows it as soon as you set your packaging up.
How long do production and delivery take?
Usually 3 to 5 weeks from the moment you approve the print data. We confirm the exact date with your order.
Can I order a sample of my packaging?
We cannot print a single custom piece, starting the press does not allow it. We will send you a sample book of materials and finishes, and the 3D preview shows exactly how your design will look.
Which file formats do you accept?
You can upload PDF, AI and common images (PNG, JPG, WEBP). PDF with text converted to curves and colours in CMYK works best; with images, watch the resolution.
Is the packaging eco friendly and PPWR compliant?
We offer fully recyclable structures ready for the European PPWR directive as well as paper based options. You pick the material in the configurator, where you also see what it is made of.
